April 17-19, the Brandon Troyanda School of Ukrainian Dance is proudly presenting its Biennial Dance Festival and Competition! Dancers from across Manitoba and Saskatchewan will light up the stage with rhythmic footwork, vibrant costumes and powerful choreography inspired by the many regions of Ukraine. 

This year is especially meaningful as Brandon Troyanda celebrates 50 years of Ukrainian dance in Brandon. For five decades, the school has shared the beauty, strength and spirit of Ukrainian culture. Don't miss the excitement on Sunday afternoon as the festival showcases Ukraine's national dance, the Hopak! Watch as girls spin in a blur of colour with ribbons flying, and boys take to the air with breathtaking jumps and gravity-defying tricks. It's high energy, heart bounding, and a spectacular way to celebrate Ukrainian heritage!
